Energy Solutions ESCO delivers cost effective sustainable solutions for our clients. We have great experience in designing, delivering and maintaining environmentally sustainable buildings. These success stories include accredited environmental ratings such as Green Star and performance ratings such as NABERS Energy. From this experience ESCO Energy Solutions was formed. ESCO strives for the creation of environmentally sustainable outcomes for its clients and as such has created a team of professionals to manage the success of those outcomes. The team within ESCO has achieved many industry goals including the complete design and construction of Santos Place, Australia’s largest 6-star Green Star building which is also one of only five buildings in the country to have been awarded an as-built rating by the Green Building Council. ESCO recognizes the demand in the market place to embrace the direct and indirect challenges of carbon reduction within this country. Our team has therefore also been formed to deliver what the market wants with respect to the construction, operation and maintenance of on-site power generation plants including co- and trigeneration, district heating and cooling plants as well as solar thermal and hybrid plants which utilize a combination of these technologies. Our aim is to provide our clients with the outcomes they desire for the sustainable and efficient production and use of energy within their environment. We work with clients to find the best financial model for on-site energy production and are able to provide financing on an Build Own Operate Transfer basis on projects where this type of financial model is required (subject to full design and system feasibility analysis).
